CustomDesignish / Funny Invites primarily sells digital products, including editable Canva templates, printable invitations and downloadable party designs.

Because all digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

Digital downloads cannot be returned
Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases
Refunds are not provided once files, template links or downloads have been accessed
Refunds are not provided due to lack of Canva knowledge, software compatibility or printing issues outside of our control
It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the listing description carefully before purchasing

If you experience a genuine issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve it.

Digital Products

All invitations, templates and downloads sold by CustomDesignish / Funny Invites are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute files
Share template links publicly or privately
Copy, recreate or reproduce designs for resale
Claim any designs as your own work
Use designs for commercial resale without written permission

Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Editable Canva Templates

Many products include editable Canva templates. Buyers are responsible for:

Using a valid Canva account
Editing their own text and details
Downloading final files correctly

CustomDesignish / Funny Invites is not responsible for Canva outages, software issues or third-party platform changes.

Some template features, fonts or elements may require Canva Pro. Listings will note this whenever applicable.

Physical Products

Unless specifically stated in the listing, no physical product will be shipped.

If a custom printed product or physical item is offered in the future, return eligibility and shipping details will be provided separately for those items.

Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, exchanges are generally not offered.

However, if you accidentally purchased the same item twice or received the wrong file, please contact us and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Late or Missing Downloads

If you are unable to access your files:

Check your spam or promotions folder
Confirm the email address used at checkout
Verify your Etsy, WooCommerce or payment account download section
Contact us if you still cannot access your files
